Get answers to common questions about Lash Lift & Tint.

A lash lift and tint typically lasts six to eight weeks depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare. Touch-ups every two months keep curl and color fresh; avoid oil-based products to prolong results.

Yes, when performed by a trained technician using gentle products. Tell your technician about sensitivities or contacts beforehand; you may be asked to remove contacts during treatment. A patch test is recommended for extra safety.

When applied correctly and with appropriate aftercare, lifts and tints should not cause long-term damage. Overprocessing or frequent chemical exposure can weaken lashes, so space treatments and follow our care guidelines for healthy lash maintenance.

Avoid eye makeup, steam, and water on your lashes for 24 hours after treatment to allow the lift to set. After that, you can wear mascara and makeup, but many clients find mascara unnecessary.

For the first 24 hours avoid water, steam, and oil-based products. Sleep on your back if possible and use a gentle cleanser and lash serum thereafter to maintain curl, color, and lash health.

Lash lift and tint are best as standalone treatments to enhance natural lashes. Extensions require bonding to the natural lash and are not recommended immediately after a lift; consult your technician to plan combined treatments safely.
