Yes. Certain conditions like pregnancy, active skin infections, uncontrolled diabetes, recent chemical peels, or blood-thinning medications can affect candidacy. Bring a full medical history during the consultation so the artist can assess risks, recommend alternatives, or obtain medical clearance if needed.

Absolutely. We provide color swatches, before-and-after photos, and mapped digital mockups during your consultation. The artist can apply temporary pigment or a small test stroke to preview color and shape and adjust until you're completely confident.

The $50 consultation fee is non-refundable but is fully applied as a credit toward any booked semi-permanent makeup service within a specified booking window. If you choose not to proceed, please contact us about rescheduling policies; fees are held as a future appointment credit.

After completing your consultation we record the $50 credit on your client account. When you book your semi-permanent procedure, the credit is automatically deducted from your invoice. Credits typically must be used within six months; confirm exact booking window with your artist.

Yes. Please arrive makeup-free if possible, bring a list of medications and previous procedures, avoid alcohol and blood thinners 24–48 hours prior, and pause retinol or glycolic treatments per artist guidance. This helps ensure accurate assessment and safer planning.
